Gentle Yoga for Chronic Pain

A very gentle 9 week introductory course for those with chronic pain.

Gentle stretches, relaxing breathing and guided medication to calm the nervous system and relax and befriend the body and mind.

From October 24th to December 19th

Sundays 4.30 to 5.30pm at MAndala Preston, 18 Derby Street, Preston PR1 1DT
